Well, its been a while since I have had a chance to be here.  Mom has been keeping me busy.  It seems that we are not through with one event and she is thinking and praying about the next one.  Sheesh!


I will report that the 2nd Annual Puppy Prom was a success.  We had so many of our fwiends attend and made the Daily New! That was exciting.  My boyfwiend was unable to attend, but I did behave myself and only flirted a little with the handsome guys that were there.  tee hee  We danced and gave out lots of raffle pwizes and this years King and Queen were Tut and Bella Mia.  I giggled and told mom that now I can call him King Tut.  tee hee  Mom still hasn't told me how much we raised to Metropolitan Maltese.  She is still paying the bills, but hopefully they will get a weally nice check.

Today I took mom to the Pet News Showcase of new and upcoming vendors.  It was weally gweat.  I am going to tell you all about it.  I ran into my favorite people at Dog Fashion Spa (www.dogfashionspa.com).  Dad met them at a New Rochelle event we went to and got some eye wipes fwom them and I love them.  This time I got a sample of some weally good perfume - mom even put some on! - and some gweat smelling lotion.  You weally have to twy their pwoducts.  They have the bestest stuff and they are the nicest people!  The next vendor I saw was cardthartic (www.cardthartic.com).  They make these vewy cool cards wif dog and cat pictures on them.  Mom got a sample card wif a picture that looked like me on it!  Vewy cool! Then I pawed over to Burts Bees (www.burtsbeespets.com).  Mom remembered them from the Paw Butter and now they have a gweat line of fantastic pwoducts - shampoo, tear stain remover, conditioner, itchy spray - whew!  You name it they have it!  Mom got a sample of the tear stain remover and tried it on me.  I liked the smell of it and she liked the way it worked and all their pwoducts are safe!  They are part of the Fetch 4 Pets brand now really gweat products!  I stopped off at the Central Park Pups booth and saw the new Hidden Harness Coat (www.centralparkpups.com).  It is vewy stylish and the raincoat and pea coat that is coming out is to paw for!  Mom didn't get a sample but it sure did look comfy!  I made a new fwiend with Innova - they have great food that is made in the USA.  Mom got me a sample of the Chicken & Salmon Recipe and boy did I eat it up!  (www.innovapet.com)  The last vendor I'm going to tell you about is Moshiqa.  She is a designer (did you not guess that?) and she has fantastic clothing.  I wasn't able to get a sample to try on but I can tell you from her table she had some vewy eye catching attire.  Very chic and mom was very interested in the clothing.  You can visit her at www.moshiqa.com.  Ok, that is it for today!  Woofs and licks!

On Saturday, I went to Coney Island with the pupscout troop to earn my Amusement Park Badge.  We were all supposed to ride the Wonder Wheel, but since I rode it before wif my boyfwiend I didn't have to ride it again.  Instead I decided that I wanted to go and play some games.  I had a gweat time and even won a pwize.  It was a lot of fun.

On Saturday, my mom and dad took me to the L'Oreal event.  I had a gweat time.  I saw a lot of my fwiends there, stopped by all the booths and even did the Hay Maze wif mom.  She kinda got lost but we did ok.  giggle.  Mom was able to get a big bag of Kettle Corn (which she did not share wif me at all!) but I got to have a frozen doggie pop which was weally good.  We entered some raffles, and didn't win, but it was all for a good cause.  I hope they have the event next year cause mommy just loves the goodie bags!  tee hee

Today, I was honored to be a model in Mr. Anthony Rubio's fashion show.  It was held at the Roger smith Hotel and I modeled two dwesses.  The show was being taped for a tv show in Belgium.  I don't know where Belgium is but I guess they should be able to see how pwetty we all look in our dwesses.  Giggle  My mom said that I am a universal pup - I have been on Univision, in London and maybe now Belgium.  Wow, I wonder if these count for fwequent flyer miles?  The show was weally gweat, and the models even better.  I got to meet another beauty queen too.  She was very nice and so very pwetty.  You can see some more of the photos from the fashion show on facebook.

Yesterday I went to the Doggie U BBQ and my Dad took me.  I did some agility wif him (mom was sooo mad cause I don't ever do it wif her!).  I got to play wif some of my fwiends and they had some games fo us to play too.  Mommy bought some raffle tickets and we actually won a big basket!  I was soo happy!  I got a new bed, lots of tweats and there was even some stuff in there for mom and dad.  (I let them have it - hee hee)  Mom pwacticed taking pictwures (she needs a lot!) and I just had a weally gweat time.  I love going to Doggie U.

Today I went on a Field Trip with Pupscout Troop 4.  We went to Firehouse Rescue 1 in Manhattan.  We took a tour, got to sit on the Firetruck and learned some impawtent information.  One thing I learned is that if your house/apt is on fire and there is a pup in there, do not refer to your pup or dog as "My baby".  Why?  If you do, when the firemen go in to search they will search high for a human baby and not low for a dog baby.  You should only say my dog.  We know we are your babies, but the firemen don't.  I had a gweat time and earned my Firehouse Badge.  This is a pictwure of me in my uniform.  I wanted you to see all of it!  tee hee

Today I went to the New Rochelle Dog Wash wif my mom and dad.  My bf Casper met us there.  There were lots of vendors there and I got my nails trimmed.  Mom didn't want me to get a bath because I just had one but there were other dogs there that did get a bath.  I got some treats and bought some raffle tickets.  I also made a new friend from Dog Fashion Spa.  Dad bought some eye wipes from them for me and I got to test their perfume.  Casper said I smelled good.  The shelter was only 20 minutes from where we lived so I can go back again.  It was a lot of fun and I had a good time.

Chat Magazine (UK) called me and mommy a while ago and talked to us about the Puppy Prom that we hosted in June.  We gave them all the answers and sent them some pictwures and didn't think anything else about it.  Well, we certainly were surprised when the reporter called us this morning to tell us that an article about the Puppy Prom has been put in Chat Magazine and was on the newsstands!  How pawsome is that!   I am soo excited I could pee!  We are vewy pwoud that we could help our fwiends at Metropolitan Maltese and even more honored that Chat Magazine wrote about it.  I now have to wear my sunglasses when I go to London though,

Today I went to Broadway Barks.  It is held in Shubert Alley in Manhattan.  There were lots of pups up for adoption and they were soo cute.  I also saw my fwiends from Metropolitan Maltese there and I hope that all my cousins, aunts and uncles made it to a new home.  It was vewy crowded but still had a good time meeting people.  We couldn't stay to the end cause it started raining, but I saw some of my fwiends there and we got to hang out for a while.  It was for a vewy good cause and lots of people asked my mommy if I was up for adoption.  She told them if Ishe c
